Osallistuin tänä keväänä kolmatta kertaa ISE-vaihtoon. Edelliset kaksi sujuivat loistavasti, mutta tällä kertaa parini teki oharit ja jäin ilman huivia. Mahtava enkeli pelasti kuitenkin päiväni!
This spring’s International Scarf Exchange was the third ISE for me. The previous two were great fun, but this time I was not so lucky as my upstream pal never sent my scarf. Very disappointing, but a lovely angel just made my day!
Postimies toi paketin heti aamusta ja Niilo odotteli minua töistä kotiin ihan täpinöissä. Niinpä hän sai avata paketin.
The mailman delivered the package early in the morning and Niilo had been waiting all the day for me to get home from work. So I let him do the honors.
Mia oli uskomattoman antelias. Hän oli siis jo neulonut huivin ja lähettänyt paketin omalle parilleen ja nyt toisen minulle. Kiitos, kiitos, kiitos! Mahtava paketti!
Mia was unbeliveably generous. She had already knitted a scarf and sent a package to her own scarf pal, and now I got all this. Thank you a million times!
Nyt täytyy vaan keksiä joku keino, jolla saan ampparimittanauhan takaisin itselleni…
Now I only need to find a way to reclaim the tape measure…

Se kukki jo keväällä. Nyt se kukkii taas. Ellei ole tiedosssa pitkää ja lämmintä syksyä, meillä ei varmaan rodonkukkia ensi keväänä nähdä.
It bloomed already in the spring. It is blooming again. Unless this fall is la ong and warm one, I do not think we will see any blooms next spring.
